The Outbound Sales Development Representative embodies ambition and organizational prowess, relishing the opportunity to engage with potential customers and generate sales leads. Serving as pivotal players in the sales cycle, SDRs often serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers with Insightech. Whether through phone conversations, email correspondence, or other mediums, SDRs adeptly craft a favorable impression of Insightech, laying the groundwork for a prospect's sales journey.
We envision this individual progressing within Insightech and this role will be the gateway to advancing towards Account Executive or Sales Development Leadership.
The Sales Development Representative is a pivotal member of the Insightech Go-to-Market team. Within our high-growth startup environment, you will have unparalleled opportunities to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Customer Success Team, and Founders, contributing to the nurturing of sales opportunities and the identification of growth avenues.
In your role as an SDR at Insightech, you will spearhead the generation of new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, spanning email, phone, and social media outreach. Additionally, you will collaborate extensively with both the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, ensuring a seamless flow of qualified prospects. It will also be essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, enabling efficient tracking and management of leads. Moreover, you'll have the chance to represent Insightech at industry events, further expanding our network and fostering valuable connections.
